Nevada bill in 2011 for transgender employment protection

Nevada assemblyman Paul Aizley wants to introduce a bill in 2011 for employment protections for transgender workers in his state.  More from The Advocate:

The Silver State already protects gay, lesbian, and bisexual people from being fired for their orientation, but Aizley wants transgender people to be covered as well. Aizley, a Democrat from Las Vegas, attempted to further legislation in 2009 that would have protected transgender workers — it received a hearing but never went to a vote.
