The only Swire CC locations in Oregon are in Eastern Oregon. I don’t know of any employment attorneys there who are LGBT friendly, though I am not saying none exist. But, this is not really a question about the law, so I don’t want to answer it online. This is what I suggest:
Assuming that your employer is based in Oregon, you should seek out an Oregon attorney who advertises that he or she practices employment law, specifically plaintiff/employee-side.
