Just saw a post on Facebook from the “ERoom Boss” that the Egyptian Club may be closing in October “unless a miracle happens.”

I suppose that I might be spreading a false rumor, except that I have found this profile (Eroom Boss) to be authoritative about all things, well…E Room. I also know that the club has been struggling to make ends meet.

This will be a big loss for Portland, so I hope people get to work on the “miracle.”

We have already lost Invasion, the Blue Parrot, the Dirty Duck and Julia’s Cafe. I guess it is tough out there.
