BRO and NCLR team up in PDX this month
Basic Rights Oregon will be co-hosting two events in September with The National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR.) Stay up to date with the latest LGBT political challenges with these two important PDX events below:
The State of Our Unions: LGBT Legal & Policy Issues. CLE – 1.75 Access to Justice Credits (accreditation pending). Saturday, September 11, 2010 – 1:00 to 3:00 PM - Q Center, 4115 N Mississippi Ave, Portland, Oregon
Join BRO Executive Director Jeana Frazzini and NCLR Executive Director Kate Kendell, Esq. for a discussion on the latest legal and policy issues affecting the LGBT community. Free – no RSVP necessary if you are not applying for CLE credit. Suggested donation for CLE attendees: $20 to cover costs of printed materials.
